Managing finances during Covid-19
The Police Credit Union remains dedicated to our members’ financial well-being, we remain committed to taking care of all our members and are here to assist and support you in any way possible. If you are experiencing any financial challenges or distress, please reach out to us with your unique circumstance as we are dedicated to helping our members through these uncertain times.

Credit Card
For members holding a Police Credit Union Collabria Mastercard the contactless limits have been increased to $250 for grocery, pharmacy and convenience store purchases. For those feeling financial hardship, assistance is also available including payment deferral arrangements and balance transfers for higher rate loans or credit cards. Contact the Collabria Contact Centre at 1-855-341-4643 for assistance.

Debit Card
MemberCard Debit Card with Interac Flash, daily contact spending limits have been increased to $400 while the contactless limit of $100 for single transaction remains in place.

Appointments
Appointments can be arranged by telephone, email, secure messaging through on-line banking or by contacting the Call Centre at callcentre@tpcu.on.ca or 1.800.561.2557. Our branch teams will continue to assist you by telephone and email.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or you have recently travelled, we ask that you remain at home. For those that do enter our branches we ask that you be mindful and abide by physically distancing yourself at least two metres from one another and avoid handshakes.

Access to your money
