Annual General Meeting
In light of the public health risks relating to COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of our members, employees and communities, this year the Annual General Meeting of The Police Credit Union has been postponed to Monday June 22, 2020 and will be held electronically at 4 pm by way of Zoom webinar.
1. Receive information from the Audit Committee
2. Receive information regarding the financial position of The Police Credit Union and the
results of its operations for 2019
3. Receive the results for the Appointment of an External Auditor for 2020.
4. Receive the results for the approval of the Annual General Meeting minutes of April 29, 2019
5. Receive the results for the election of the Board of Directors
Due to this year's format, there will be no live voting or questions taken during the AGM. Please email your questions to AGMQuestions@tpcu.on.ca in advance of the webcast. All questions received will be addressed and published on this site after the meeting

Members will be invited to register in advance of the Annual General Meeting so that links can be provided to the correct video conference platform location on June 22nd. If you regularly receive email notifications from TPCU, you need do nothing as your invitation will be forwarded to the email on file.
Director elections and other business requiring membership approval will be conducted electronically through Simply Voting in advance of the AGM. All results will be revealed during the AGM.
